7 Things You Didn't Know About Jessica

So Kim tagged me in a post on Facebook. Apparently I'm supposed to share 7 things you don't know about me. Since I don't make it to Facebook as often as I would like I thought I'd share my things here, even though I find it hard to believe that there's anything left for longtime readers to learn.

  1. One of the first cars I ever learned to drive was my grandfather's canary yellow 1967 Mustang convertible. My dad still has that car and I still love that car.
  2. I played both volleyball and softball in high school. Badly. Okay, I sat on the bench.
  3. Pitbulls are my dog breed of choice. I believe strongly in shelter dogs and will pick a pit or pit mix over anything else any day.
  4. My first pair of designer jeans were Gloria Vanderbilts with bright blue stitching. I sort of wish I still had them.
  5. I prefer extreme temperatures. Give me hot or cold any day. It's the mild temperatures I can't stand.
  6. One of my dreams is to stay at the Ice Hotel in Sweden.
  7. My absolute favorite thing to do at Disney World is drink at Cava del Tequila in Mexico.

Well, I learned a lot about you today.
You are younger than me, (isn't everyone)and you like HOT cars. Mine was a screaming-red'65 Plymouth Barracuda. You are honest regarding your limitations, (athletic and otherwise). You are brave and face down conventional wisdom, (pits being your favorite). Your dog-of-choice also means you are a strong leader of the pack type of person.(Have to be with pits). There is little which is average about you (extremes of temps) and you like tequila. I think I already knew the tequila part.

If Sweden is too far, there's an ice hotel in Quebec City. http://www.hoteldeglace-canada.com/

2Ns analyzes it nicely. It's a shame you can't necessarily research dog and/or cat lovers in researching agents to query (though, to be fair, many agents do put pets on their agency sites!)

Some of my best canine friends have been pits, but (even as strong as my own Carolina dog is) with my back, I could not have a pit. Even my own girl challenges me sometimes, and she's really a good girl on her leash. Gossamer the Editor Cat, though, is easy-peasy.

Home for a snow day today, and surrounded by furbabyness (not a county in England). Telecommuting is OSUM.

I knew most of that. Except maybe 1 and 2.

And #7 is something we have in common. Looking forward to our next trip!!!
